Observation

Licensor observed tall cabinets that were not screwed together properly and cabinets that were not secured which pose a risk of tipping or fall. Licensor observed there is a section of the terrace near the entrance of the gate with a drop zone of more than 18 inches that does not have a guardrail. Licensor observed there is a washer dryer set that does not have a lock that may pose an entrapement hazard without active supervision. Licensor observed the proposed licensed space contains window blinds capable of forming a loop.
